This years annual debate is kindy hosted by University of Limerick

The debate will have speakers from each of the 6 HEI in Ireland who provide Midwifery Education leading to qualification in Ireland

The motion for the debate this years is

'This house believes that 100 years of Midwiery Regulation in Ireland has enhanced the safety and quality of midwifery care'.

There will be a judging panel
