Nursing and Midwifery Survey on Family Importance in Care

A survey on the importance of families in care settings is being carried out by a team of nurses and midwives, from the UK and Ireland.


The project is being funded by the Burdett Trust for Nursing. It is being led by Professor Veronica Swallow, University of Leeds and Professor Alison Metcalfe, Sheffield Hallam University. The Irish representative is Dr Veronica Lambert based at the School of Nursing and Human Sciences in Dublin City University.


Registered nurses and midwives are being invited to participate in the survey.
