NMBI involved in new Values Initiative
The Nursing and Midwifery Board of Ireland (NMBI) is working in partnership on the Values Initiative, which is being led by the Chief Nursing Officer, Department of Health, in partnership with the Office of the Nursing and Midwifery Services Director (ONMSD) of the HSE.
The Values Initiative is a process to consult on, identify, agree and commit to a set of nursing and midwifery values that underpin practice in Ireland. Learn more.

National Clinical Programme for Older People
The National Clinical Programme for Older People (NCPOP) is a joint initiative between the HSE Clinical Strategy and Programmes Division and the Royal College of Physicians of Ireland. Decisions following Fitness to Practise Inquiries
The Board of NMBI has made decisions as to findings and sanctions arising from three complaints received under the Nurses Act, 1985 and four complaints received under the Nurses and Midwives Act, 2011.
The findings were made against Ms Donna C Palmares Chavez (PIN 119456), Mr Robin William Jones (PIN 45629), Ms Siobhan Bridget Kelly (PIN 52761), Ms Mary Elizabeth Mealy (PIN 58146), Ms Ellen Mary Nugent (PIN 30003), Ms Anja Pawlak (PIN 99730), and Mr Daniel Thomas (PIN 87776).
